Before we begin.
Do you plan events outside the United States?
Yes. We manage events across the United States, in Nigeria and internationally, and we can arrange travel and concierge for guests flying in (e.g. New York to Lagos). Tell us your location in the quote form.
Can I book only some services?
Yes. Choose exactly the services you need in the form, and we'll tailor the proposal to them.
Why don’t you publish prices?
Every PIVOLTA event is bespoke. The service picker may show an estimate for some items, but your final quote reflects your vision, guest count, location and chosen services, and our events team confirms it personally.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially for large events, peak dates and destination events. Availability is limited.
Can MC Confess host my event?
MC & entertainment is part of our service menu. Select it in the form, and we'll confirm availability in your proposal.
Will my event appear in PIVOLTA Magazine?
Only if you choose magazine coverage. Your privacy is respected, and nothing is published without your approval.
