Magazine editions are always supplied as page-turn flipbooks first. Store photo and video purchases are original photo/video files.
Store policies
Watermarked previews
All previews carry a PIVOLTA watermark. Full-resolution, unwatermarked files are delivered after payment. Screenshots of previews are not licensed for use.
Downloads are not refundable
Because digital files are delivered instantly, all download and video sales are final and not refundable. If a file is damaged or won't open, email info@pivolta.org within 14 days and we'll replace it.
Prints
Prints are made to order and are not refundable once sent to the lab. Damaged or misprinted items are reprinted free if reported within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
Personal-use licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-commercial licence to print and share the images (for example on your own social media, tagging @PIVOLTA). Copyright stays with Koral Image LLC. Commercial, advertising, resale or editorial use needs a separate licence — email info@pivolta.org. Please don't remove watermarks or edit images to remove credit.
Gallery access & expiry
Galleries are private and open with an access code. They stay open for 90 days; download your files promptly.
Privacy & removal requests
If you appear in a gallery and want a photo hidden or removed, or want your face excluded from selfie search, email info@pivolta.org with the event name and photo number. We act within 5 business days. Selfie search is optional; the selfie is used only to match photos in that gallery. Photos of children are kept in private galleries only.
